I decided to do a preview post before I attend the concert tomorrow evening. For your info, attending a concert without any background knowledge whatsoever of the game related to it is akin to going onto the battlefield with only your mud flaps, your standard issue rifle and scrimped amour from previous detachments.
Based off their main website, there will be a two-hour performance, based off the various Final Fantasy games soundtrack. Unfortunately, my experience with Final Fantasy game music was from The Black Mages III (unless people tell me both entities are similar, or same).
I’m confused, though: Wikipedia said that the performance will be done by the Baltimore Symphony, but a quick look at the Singapore Arts Festival website lists Arnie Roth as the main conductor, yet there’s a mention of our local symphony orchestra and choir. Hmmm, I’ll gonna trust the direct source…
OK, so what’s the preview post for?
Actually, it wasn’t so much of a preview, but rather a post declaring where I’ll be going for the weekend. Actually a much better date would be on the 23rd, but since that day is expected to be choke-full of people, I thought better to watch the concert where everybody’s too busy to come down.
The other event that I might be going down to, is the Cosplay Competition, in conjunction with the License2Play exhibition at Suntec City Covention Hall 603. So for this weekend, I think I’m pretty much solid-booked for photograph-taking.
Still, by the way, I’d like to thank Blurmage of TB for taking the opportunity to book tickets for me. m(_._)m

How come I didn’t know about this? The newspapers never mentioned the CosCon. I’ll head down once I’m done with the photography flea market @ Old School. Just gimme a buzz if you wanna meet up.
Haha… I’ll call you as soon as I finished making a preview post of my X-Riders competition.
